The included PHP form sends submissions to the company email address configured by the site administrator. The website package does not include a database, advertising trackers or analytics integration by default. Your hosting provider may retain routine server logs.
Retention and sharing
Keep enquiries only as long as reasonably necessary for business communication and legal obligations. Do not share enquiry details except as needed to respond, operate the service or comply with applicable law.
Security
Use HTTPS, restrict access to hosting and email accounts, keep server software updated, and configure reliable mail delivery. Do not submit passwords, payment card data or sensitive personal information through the contact form.
